Just 15 Minutes… A Sunday Morning Invitation


Before the house wakes up, before the kids start clattering around, before your phone lights up with notifications and your to-do list kicks in — give yourself just 15 minutes.


Fifteen minutes of stillness.

Fifteen minutes to sit quietly with your favourite morning drink — be it coffee, tea, warm lemon water, juice or even just a glass of cool squash.

Fifteen minutes just for you.


Ask yourself…


  • What am I grateful for today?

  • How do I want to feel?

  • What kind of energy do I want to bring into this day?

  • What’s one thing I can do that’s good — for myself, for someone else, for the world around me?



It doesn’t have to be deep. It doesn’t have to be perfect.

Just intentional.


This small pause — especially if it becomes a habit — can completely shift the way your day flows. It sets the tone. It reminds you that you’re allowed space. That you’re worthy of peace and presence, even for just a moment.


If you can, get up a little earlier. Or step into the garden. Or sit in the quietest room of the house. Wherever it is, just let yourself be.


Fifteen minutes in a 24-hour day.

That’s all.

And yet it might just change everything.
