Coaching isn’t just posting quotes or giving advice. It’s a craft!

Let’s talk about integrity, trust, and reputation.

These qualities don’t come with a fancy title or a clever social media bio.

They’re earned — over time, through experience, and through how you show up again and again.

Right now, doesn’t it feel like everyone on social media thinks they’re a coach?.

And on one hand, fine. People of course get to choose their path.

Let them.

But just because it’s happening doesn’t mean it’s ethically or professionally right. It’s important to witness what we see on social media.

Coaching isn’t just posting quotes or giving advice. It’s a craft.

A responsibility. A deeply personal, intricate practice that takes years to truly understand.

It requires emotional intelligence, self-awareness, boundaries, and real knowledge of how the human psyche works.

Most importantly? It requires ethics.

Yes, become a coach if you feel called. And do it properly.

Study. Practice. Reflect. Be mentored. Get supervision.

Make it about the client, not just your brand.

I’ve been a qualified coach for 16+ years, and I still hold myself accountable every day. I’m always learning, evolving, growing — because the people I support deserve that.

Coaching is sacred work. We’re holding space for people’s emotional, mental, and spiritual lives. That deserves integrity.

Not a trend or opportunistic approach.

Because trust is earned.

And your reputation will always walk into the room before you do.

Let it speak well of you.

Understanding human connection is at the heart of coaching x
