The ultimate version of the Sole & Leg Restore Ritual, combining deeply relaxing massage, personalised aromatherapy and targeted therapeutic techniques for tired, tense feet and lower legs. Your treatment begins with a bespoke aromatherapy oil blend, selected according to how you are feeling and what you need on the day — whether that’s calming and grounding, uplifting and optimistic, comforting, balancing or simply deeply relaxing. Massage is then combined with a gua sha stone and fascia release tool, working across the feet, ankles and lower legs to help release areas of muscular and fascial tension, encourage mobility and healthy circulation, and leave the feet and legs feeling wonderfully soothed and cared for. The combination of hands-on massage, aromatherapy, gua sha and fascia-focused techniques makes this a beautifully indulgent treatment for anyone whose feet and legs feel tired, heavy or simply in need of some extra attention. And while we’re concentrating on your feet and legs, the experience is designed to help your whole body slow down, switch off and relax.
